We work closely with our customers to improve existing bronze products
and develop new copper alloys for specific applications such as gears,
bearings, wear plates, valve guides, electrodes and seam welding wheels to
name a few.
Fine Grain Copper Alloy
Products have an improved microstructure that will prolong the life of bearings, gears,
and other copper alloy parts. You can see the difference.
C95410 Aluminum Bronze: The Addition of nickel to this alloy retards the diffusion of aluminum from the beta
crystals. This improved aluminum bronze chemistry has yielded an alloy that corrodes at
only 1/6th the rate of nickel free aluminum bronze.
Continuous Cast Copper Alloys are available to near net shape. Reduce machining time,
increase your tool life and generate less scrap with Anchor Bronze
continuous cast bars, tubes, rectangles and profile shapes.

Nickel Tin Gear Bronzes have many advantages over aluminum bronze,
manganese bronze and other copper alloy materials commonly used
for the production of gears.
C90500 Tin Bronze has a strong bronze matrix (alpha phase) with a fine
dispersion of the hard, slippery delta phase. This material has a low coefficient of
